Tu B'Shevat
Tu B'Shevat is a winter Jewish holiday that celebrates trees and usually includes eating foods from the seven species of the Land of Israel: wheat, barley, grapes, figs, pomegranates, olives, dates.
My favorite Tu B'Shevat meal includes Beef Barley Soup or Chicken Marbella, Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad, and Date Maamoul Cookies.
