Soup
I have two favorite ways to serve soup. One is as an appetizer in a little cup to sip. Espresso cups or shot glasses work well for this.
Or I'm such a soup fan that I enjoy a big bowl as a meal along with a little something on the side like skillet bread or bourekas, which are crispy dough pockets with fillings.
