    Italian

Italian food is a crowd pleaser whether you're making a family dinner or serving company. I've curated this collection with authentic recipes as many have been gathered from excellent Italian cooks and from my research while traveling in Italy. I've adapted the recipes and wrote directions that are easy to follow at home.

Some of the favorites in my family include Pumpkin Risotto, Short Rib Ragu, and Pesto Pasta, but all the recipes below are on regular rotation at my house.

    • Italian Zucchini Latkes
    • Creamy Pumpkin Risotto
    • Slow Cooker Short Rib Ragu
    • Pumpkin Pasta Sauce
    • Pesto Pasta: What to do with greens from the CSA vegetable box
    • Italian Cod with Tomato Sauce
    • Farro With Spinach, Lemon, Basil & Pinenuts: A guest post on Eating Rules
    • Roasted Tomato and Eggplant Sauce For Pasta, Fish, Chicken or Farro
    • Italian Fresh Tomato Sauce
    • Italian Frittata with Zucchini and Tomato
    • Lavash Flatbread Pizzas
    • Italian Herb Chicken With Wine and Garlic
    • San Marzano Tomato Sauce
    • Italian Chocolate Chip Cookies
    • Farro With Rosemary, Leeks and Carrots
    • Homestyle Crispy Potatoes Recipe from Cerasa Farm in Italy
