The Apple Pan’s Hickory Burger Sauce Copycat Recipe
Copycat recipe for The Apple Pan’s signature burger hickory sauce. This special sauce is a sweet, smoky, and tangy BBQ style sauce that is perfect for burgers!

Ingredients

chili sauce
(I used Heinz)

ketchup
(I used regular Heinz or organic Trader Joes)

teaspoon
hickory liquid smoke
(I used Wright's which I found in the the BBQ sauce aisle at the market.)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Serve as a sauce for hamburgers or beef sliders.
Notes
You can make this sauce a few days in advance. Store hickory sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
