Booking & Payment for Italy Trip

PRICE PER PERSON: $5800 double occupancy, $6500 single occupancy
    NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT PER PERSON: $3000.
BALANCE DUE BY: April 1, 2023
PAYMENT METHOD: Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal

    Cancellation Policy

All payments (including deposit) for the trip are nonrefundable. Travel has changed a lot since the pandemic. Many travel vendors require payment in full upon booking or shortly thereafter. Once you book, I will make reservations and payments on your behalf. Therefore, once you book, I am unable to offer a refund for any reason. Please be certain that you plan to attend before booking. If addition, any unused portion of the trip will not be refunded.

All tour participants are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance (with cancellation for any reason) so that if you are unable to make the trip, you can use your travel insurance to reimburse yourself in accordance with the benefits of your policy.

However, if you or I find a suitable, substitute traveler to take your spot on the trip, then I will refund your payment minus a $500 administrative fee once the new traveler has paid. I will make a good-faith effort to find a substitute traveler but cannot guarantee that I will be successful. This substitute option is available up until 4 weeks before the trip.

This trip requires a minimum of 6 participants. Do NOT book your international airfare or add-on travel until I email you to let you know that we have reached the minimum threshold to launch the trip. I do expect the trip to fill, but in the event that we do not reach the minimum, the trip will be canceled, and all payments made to me will be refunded.

    The steps to book:

    1. Submit the Reservation Request Form below to check on availability for the number of people in your party. The total maximum number of trip participants is 8 people.
    2. I will email you back to verify if there's room.
    3. If there's space available, I will send you an email with the Terms and Conditions contract to sign and the payment instructions for the deposit.
    4. Your spot will be held for 24 hours from the time I send you written confirmation of availability. Your booking is NOT complete until I receive your signed contract AND your deposit payment clears. If you do not send in both your contract and payment within 24 hours, then your spot becomes available for others to book.
    5. Wait for me to email you that the trip has reached the minimum number of participants for the trip to launch. Only at that point, should you buy your international airfare and book additional travel plans.
    6. Full payment is due by April 1, 2023.

    Reservation Request Form
